A flashing is a thin sheet or strip of Colorbond which is a water-resistant material that is installed at roof intersections and projections, and along the tops of foundation walls to direct water flow away from your home. They also have a significant impact on the aesthetic appearance of the building. This form of water-proofing protection is a necessary construction practice, and is widely applied to commercial, residential and industrial structures. As each building structure is different, custom made flashings to suit are required. We can customise flashings to suit your needs, including but not limited to Apron flashings, balcony flashings, Z flashings, cappings and compression flashings.
